Ingredients

  • ½  English cucumber, grated

  • 1 ½ cups plain, full-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Papou’s Majik Mix Greek Seasoning Blend

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped


Method

  • Grate the cucumber and place it into a sieve to drain the liquid. Squeeze the liquid out of the cucumber before adding it to the sauce. 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated and drained cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, Papou’s Majik Mix, lemon juice and chopped dill.

  • Stir to combine.  Taste for seasoning and add extra salt if needed. 

  • Serve with toasted pita bread.
