Ingredients

½ English cucumber, grated

1 ½ cups plain, full-fat Greek yogurt

2 large garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp Papou’s Majik Mix Greek Seasoning Blend

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Method

Grate the cucumber and place it into a sieve to drain the liquid. Squeeze the liquid out of the cucumber before adding it to the sauce.

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated and drained cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, Papou’s Majik Mix, lemon juice and chopped dill.

Stir to combine. Taste for seasoning and add extra salt if needed.

Serve with toasted pita bread.
