Ingredients

4 5-oz salmon fillets

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided

2 tsp + Papou’s Majik Mix Seasoning Blend

1 lemon

1 tbsp Fresh dill and parsley, minced
Method

Heat the broiler on high and place the oven rack on the 2nd highest setting, 6” from the top.

Cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper

Place the salmon fillets on the covered baking sheet

Brush the salmon with olive oil and generously sprinkle with the seasoning mix

Broil the salmon for 10 - 12 minutes.

Prepare the lemon-herb sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a small bowl. Add a pinch of the spice mix, along with minced dill and parsley, and whisk to combine.

Plate the salmon in a large platter and drizzle the lemon herb sauce over the salmon. Garnish with fresh lemon edges and additional parsley if desired.
