Ingredients

  • 4 5-oz salmon fillets

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided

  • 2 tsp + Papou’s Majik Mix Seasoning Blend

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill and parsley, minced

Method

  • Heat the broiler on high and place the oven rack on the 2nd highest setting, 6”  from the top.

  • Cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper

  • Place the salmon fillets on the covered baking sheet

  • Brush the salmon with olive oil and generously sprinkle with the seasoning mix

  • Broil the salmon for 10 - 12 minutes.

  • Prepare the lemon-herb sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a small bowl.  Add a pinch of the spice mix, along with minced dill and parsley, and whisk to combine. 

  • Plate the salmon in a large platter and drizzle the lemon herb sauce over the salmon.  Garnish with fresh lemon edges and additional parsley if desired.
