Ingredients

5 pita bread rounds

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp. Papou’s Majik Mix Greek Seasoning Blend

1 cup tomato, diced

1 cup red bell pepper, diced

1 cup English cucumber, diced

½ cup artichoke hearts, chopped
-
½ cup Pepperoncini peppers, sliced

¼ cup green onion, diced
-
Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Tzatziki sauce
Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice the pita bread into triangles and place on a baking sheet.

Toss with pita with olive oil and Majik Mix until evenly coated.

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until the pita chips are golden and crisp.

Meanwhile, chop the veggies and prepare the tzatziki sauce according to the recipe on our website

Place the pita chips on a serving platter and top with dollops of tzatziki sauce. Layer with the tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, artichoke hearts, onion and garbanzo beans. Sprinkle with ½ tsp Majik Mix Seasoning Blend. Top with crumbled feta cheese and serve.
