Ingredients

  • 5 pita bread rounds

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp. Papou’s Majik Mix Greek Seasoning Blend

  • 1 cup tomato, diced

  • 1 cup red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 cup English cucumber, diced

  • ½ cup artichoke hearts, chopped

  • ½ cup Pepperoncini peppers, sliced

  • ¼ cup green onion, diced

  • Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

  • ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

  • Tzatziki sauce



Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 

  • Slice the pita bread into triangles and place on a baking sheet.

  • Toss with pita with olive oil and Majik Mix until evenly coated. 

  • Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until the pita chips are golden and crisp.

  • Meanwhile, chop the veggies and prepare the tzatziki sauce according to the recipe on our website 

  • Place the pita chips on a serving platter and top with dollops of tzatziki sauce.  Layer with the tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, artichoke hearts, onion and garbanzo beans.  Sprinkle with ½ tsp Majik Mix Seasoning Blend.  Top with crumbled feta cheese and serve.
