Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey, 90% lean

½ red onion, diced

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

2 eggs, beaten

½ cup panko or breadcrumbs

1 ½ tsp Papou’s Majik Mix Greek Seasoning Blend

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 tbsp fresh dill
-
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Prepared Tzatziki Sauce for serving
Method

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced onion, chopped spinach, panko, Majik Mix, and feta cheese. Stir to incorporate all the ingredients.

Shape the mixture into 6 burger patties and place them onto a plate.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the burger patties and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.

Serve over pita bread, or a bun with a dollop of tzatziki and some fresh onion, tomatoes or Greek olives.
