Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey, 90% lean 

  • ½ red onion, diced

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • ½ cup panko or breadcrumbs

  • 1 ½ tsp Papou’s Majik Mix Greek Seasoning Blend

  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill 

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

  • Prepared Tzatziki Sauce for serving


Method

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced onion, chopped spinach, panko, Majik Mix, and feta cheese.  Stir to incorporate all the ingredients. 

  • Shape the mixture into 6 burger patties and place them onto a plate. 

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.   Add the burger patties and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.

  • Serve over pita bread, or a bun with a dollop of tzatziki and some fresh onion, tomatoes or Greek olives.
